Day 1: Arrival Lijiang

Upon your arrival at Lijiang, staff will arrange a vehicle to take you to the hotel where has booked for you. After arriving at the hotel, you can either explore Lijiang to experience its unique culture or take some time to rest and prepare for the upcoming tour.

Day 2: Lijiang

Attractions & Activities: Lijiang Ancient Town, Yuhu Village, The former residence of  Joseph Rock  
Meals: Breakfast (included), Lunch and Dinner (on your own)   
Accommodation: Lijiang Ancient Town
After breakfast this morning, exploring Lijiang Ancient Town(approximately 2 hours) . This enchanting place is steeped in poetry and romance, renowned for its distinctive architectural styles that have been beautifully preserved over time. Next, visit Yuhu Village (approximately 2 hours), where constructed of stone, radiates a natural and primitive charm. Nestled at the foot of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, it exudes a sense of seclusion from the outside world and serves as the birthplace of the Naxi people, showcasing their unique beauty. Then stop by the former residence of Joseph Rock, located in Yuhu Village, for about an hour. This fascinating site offers insights into the life of the legendary explorer, who spent 27 years in Southwest China, sharing the geographical, cultural, and historical wonders of the region with the world.

Day 3: Lijiang - Shangri-La

Attractions & Activities: The First Bend of Yangtze River, Tiger Leaping Gorge(including escalator), Dukezong Ancient Town

Accommodation: Shangri-La
Depart from the hotel and travel to the sacred land of Shangri-La, stopping at the First Bend of the Yangtze River (approximately 30 minutes visit) for a photo opportunity. Continue along the Dali-Tibet Road to visit the world-famous Tiger Leaping Gorge (including escalator; approximately 2 hours visit). Tiger Leaping Gorge is one of the most renowned gorges in the world and is also one of the deepest gorges in China. Next, head to Dukezong Ancient City (approximately 40 minutes of visit) to explore Guishan Park and jointly turn the world's largest prayer wheel to pray for your family.

Day 4: Shangri-La - Lijiang

Attractions & Activities: Sumtsenling Monastery, Paducuo National Forest Park

Accommodation: Lijiang Ancient City
After breakfast in hotel, visit Songzanlin Monastery (approximately 3 hours), built on a mountainside, resembling a medieval castle, and known as “the Museum of Tibetan Art.”After that, travel to Pudacuo National Forest Park (approximately 3 hours visit), a fairy-tale world free from pollution, featuring crystal-clear lakes and a bright blue sky with sceneries that change with the seasons. Finally, head to Lijiang by car and check into your hotel.

Day 5: Lijiang

Attractions & Activities: Jade Dragon Snow Snow Mountain, Glacier Park Cableway, Blue Moon Valley (including electric car), Impression Lijiang, Baisha Murals, Baisha Ancient Town

Depart at the scheduled time for a visit to the Jade Dragon Snow Snow Mountain Scenic Area. Take the Glacier Park Cableway(approximately 3 hours) to fully enjoy the stunning views of Jade Dragon Snow Snow Mountain. Ascend to the snow-capped peaks to overlook the breathtaking scenery and feel the shocking momentum of the Jade Dragon Snow River rushing towards the sea. After that, head to the small Jiuzhaigou Blue Moon Valley (including battery car, approximately 1 hour visit). On sunny days, the water appears blue, and the valley is crescent-shaped, resembling a blue moon embedded at the foot of Jade Dragon Snow Snow Mountain, which is why it is named Blue Moon Valley. Watch the performance Impression Lijiang - Snow Mountain Edition (if there are adjustments to the performance schedule at the scenic area that conflict with the itinerary, and you are unable to attend "Impression Lijiang," it will be changed to "Lijiang Eternal Love "Show). Baisha Ancient Town (approximately 1 hour visit) is the birthplace of the Naxi Nationality and retains many aspects of original Naxi culture. It is also the origin of the Mu family's local governance, serving as the earliest political, economic, and cultural center for the Naxi people. The Baisha Murals (approximately 1 hour visit) are part of Lijiang's world cultural heritage and represent one of the manifestations of Lijiang's diverse culture, making it an essential part of Lijiang tourism.

Day 6: Lijiang-Dali

Attractions & Activities: Three Pagodas of Chongsheng Temple, Fengyangyi Ancient Town,Flower Sea Photography Base, Xizhou Ancient Town, Zhoucheng Ancient Town with Tie-dye Experience

Accommodation: Dali Ancient Town
Head to Dali and visit the Three Pagodas of Chongsheng Temple (approximately 3 hours), which is not only a treasure of architectural art but also a testament to historical culture. visit to Fengyangyi (approximately 1 hour visit). Next move toFengyangyi,  a small town located near Dali Ancient Town and is an ancient village on the Tea Horse Road. It was also a filming location for the 2023 production "The Place with Wind."  Then head to the Flower Sea Photography Base (Minority Nationality Costume Photography) (approximately 1.5 hours), where you can escape the busy city life and enjoy the perfect combination of plants, flowers, and gardening in a relaxing atmosphere in Dali.Then proceed to Xizhou Ancient Town (approximately 1.5 hours), situated between Cangshan and Erhai Lake, a microcosm of Dali culture. Then go to Zhoucheng Ancient Town(approximately 2 hours)—a paradise for tie-dye enthusiasts, where indigo dyed fabrics have been drying in Bai people's courtyards for a millennium, exuding captivating charm.

Day 7: Dali- Lijiang (HSR)

Attractions & Activities: Shuanglang Ancient Town, Dali “Santorini”,Dali Ancient Town
Meals: Breakfast (included), Lunch and Dinner (on your own)  
Accommodation: Lijiang Ancient Town
Begin the tour as explore Dali Ancient Town (approximately 2 hours), which was the capital of the ancient Nanzhao and Dali Kingdoms. The city gates are tall and solid, and you can still sense the ancient charm of bygone homes on the streets.  Visit Shuanglang Ancient Town (approx. 1.5 hours), located at the northeastern end of Dali City, on the northeastern shore of Erhai Lake. Lixiang Bang, known for its mysterious and romantic architectural style, is hailed as "The Santorini of China," where you can enjoy afternoon tea. Then travel to Lijiang by HSR, and check-in the hotel after you arrive at Lijiang.

Day 8: Lijiang Departure

Meals: Breakfast (included), Lunch and Dinner (on your own)  
Accommodation: None
End the joyful tour. Send  you to train station or airport.

• For groups of 2-4 people, there will be an English-speaking tour guide as driver.

Price Notice

Child prices: Children under 3 years old are free, children aged 4-6 years old are 50% of the adult price (Not occupying a bed), children aged 7-11 years old are 70% of the adult price (occupying a bed and tickets), and children aged 12 years and above are charged at the adult price.

Itinerary Notice

Our company reserves the right to adjust the order of the tour itinerary, but the content of the tour will not be reduced. If certain attractions cannot be visited due to force majeure or policy adjustments, our company has the right to cancel or replace them with equivalent attractions, and any fees for additional attractions will not be refunded.
