8:00 Depart from Dukezong Ancient Town to Balagezong Scenic Area (approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes).9:30 Visit the Millennium Bodhi Tree (about 15 minutes).
- Deep within the Balagezong mountains lies the Millennium Phoenix Bodhi Tree, which has witnessed the cycles of blooming and withering for over 3,000 years. Legend has it that Buddha Sakyamuni once meditated under this Bodhi tree during his travels to spread his teachings.
- Bandan Lhamo Sacred Mountain (approximately 10 minutes).
- Millennium Ancient Village - Bala Village (approximately 1 hour).
- Shangla Grand Canyon (approximately 1 hour).
- This is the "Blue Moon Canyon" described in books—the Shangri-La Grand Canyon. "Canyons within canyons, canyons above canyons, interwoven and interconnected," it exudes grandeur and magnificence. (Optional program: rafting)
